My Story

 I am licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia.  I accept private health care insurances-Aetna and CareFirst BC to meet your telehealth preventative nutritional counseling beenefit as an in-network provider in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virgina.  I am an experienced educator of both in-person and telehealth billable services for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and Diabetes Self-Management Training (DSMT).  I also have extensive knowledge with the American Diabetes Association®-Education Recognition Program (ERP), CDC National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP), and Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP) accreditation standards to meet quality.  I am a subject matter expert, content creator, professional speaker, mentor, and champion for nutrition and diabetes.  I have valuable resources to assist you with your individual Clinical, Meal & Menu Planning, DIabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES), and/or business Corporate Wellness.
